NEVADA, USA 15/09/2009 – easyDNA, the international DNA testing company, has announced the launch and opening of a new international regional office, thus continuing its policy of global expansion.
Based in Romania, the new office has received a significant increase in demand for its products in the country such as DNA relationship, paternity and forensic testing, and is the sixteenth such regional office opened since the company started business.
easyDNA believes in the importance of gaining the confidence of prospective clients for their DNA services, and understands that people have more confidence in those that speak their own language, and will therefore be more liable to order from a local speaking Romanian than from a website in English. Office staff is therefore bilingual, and are also highly trained in the technical aspects of DNA testing so that they will be able to answer questions and so gain the confidence of their prospective customers. They speak your language and they can answer your questions, and may even be from your home town: would you purchase from them?
This investment should be sufficient to demonstrate the way that easyDNA approaches customer service and support. It is very important to the company - in fact just as important as the international accreditation of its technical competence. It takes two to tango, and customer service and product quality go hand in hand and dance the same dance.
Were any proof needed of this, since opening this office the orders from surrounding Balkan states have rocketed, proving that Balkans will trust their own and that the easyDNA policy will bear a great deal of fruit.
The following regional offices make up the total of sixteen in addition to Romania: Australia and USA (two each), UK, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, New Zealand, South Africa, Republic of Congo, Nigeria, Mexico, India and Canada.
